Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Repster and its subscription features.

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Repster iOS app and this public website. By using Repster, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Repster is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's standard terms for licensed applications may also apply. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Using Repster

Repster is a workout logging and training history app. You are responsible for the workouts you perform, the information you enter, and how you use the information shown in the app.

You may not misuse Repster, attempt to disrupt the app or subscription systems, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Repster is not medical advice, physical therapy advice, or a substitute for professional coaching or medical care. Training can involve risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Weight suggestions, charts, records, fatigue estimates, and other app outputs are informational tools. You decide whether a workout, exercise, or set is appropriate for you.

Subscriptions

Repster may offer a free tier of up to 5 logged workouts and paid subscription options for unlimited logging. Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple's App Store and your Apple ID.

  • Prices, trial availability, and subscription periods are shown in the app or App Store purchase sheet before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's subscription rules. Apple may charge your Apple ID for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple, not directly by Repster.

Repster uses RevenueCat to verify subscription status. RevenueCat's terms are available at revenuecat.com/terms, and RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Your Data and Backups

Repster stores workout data locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it. You are responsible for keeping backups if you want to preserve your data when changing devices, resetting data, or uninstalling the app.

Deleting the app, resetting app data, or restoring a backup can affect your local data. Review confirmation prompts carefully before continuing with destructive data actions.

AI Template Helper

If you use an AI template helper, Repster may prepare text for you to copy into ChatGPT or another AI service. You control what you send to that service and what you paste back into Repster. Third-party AI services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Repster, including its app design, website, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Repster.

No Warranty

Repster is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all calculations and recommendations will be correct for every situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repster and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, training interruption, injury, or other losses arising from your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. If they change, the last-updated date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of Repster after changes means you accept the updated terms.
